My experience was an excellent, organized, and quick. The overall staff setting from front office to Dr. Ratliff nurses was such a positive result to what I thought was going to be a non - fun, don’t want to event. Dr. Williamson Ratliff is one of the few Dr.s. I have encountered that has a true and honest positive bed side manner with the end results to back it up. I had an extraction today, and in retrospect from a week earlier, my granddaughter had all wisdom teeth extracted with excellent and minimal painless extraction results. The best !! Best kept secret in Gainesville.

Dr. Blumberg and staff were spectacular. During the consult for my wisdom teeth removal, he thoroughly answered any questions I had. He’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. During the actual procedure, I felt comfortable and they were all very attentive, which was important because I was quite nervous in the days leading up. It was so quick and went so well I cried happy tears after.

The staff there at Mr Taylor's office was wonderful, Hailey his assistant She's such a wonderful person. Everyone treated me with smiles, everybody had such a great attitude, the procedure that was done was done flawless couldn't ask for a better dentist. I recommend him to anyone. He has great bedside manners and he talks to you with words you can understand, I am definitely going to use him as my primary dentist from now on.

Very disappointed with the way my daughter was treated. We were referred to this office by our dentist and expected clear communication regarding insurance and billing practices. My daughter arrived on time for her consultation, provided her insurance card, and specifically asked whether her insurance was accepted. Unfortunately, she was not given a clear answer at that time. It was only when she went to check out that she was informed she would be required to pay in full. When I called to discuss the situation, Brooke was short and rude during the conversation and insisted my daughter had been informed beforehand. Later, it was acknowledged that the staff member who took the insurance information had been on the phone at the time, and my daughter was never actually told. To make matters worse, she was charged $200 for a consultation only, with no treatment performed. We will not be returning for the dental work she needs and will now have to start over with another provider. Even if our insurance ultimately accepts the claim they offered to file, we are still left dealing with unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses and delays because proper communication was not provided upfront.

Dr. Ratliff and his assistant Vanessa were absolutely outstanding. They came highly recommended, and they still managed to exceed my expectations. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I really appreciate the level of attention and support they provided. Highly recommend!
